本协议适用于用户在欧博平台上的全部使用行为，包括访问、浏览、互动及使用平台提供的各类功能与服务。平台可能根据业务发展对服务内容进行调整。This Agreement applies to all user activities on the Oubo platform, including access, browsing, interaction, and the use of various features and services. The platform may adjust service content as business needs evolve.
用户在创建账户时应提供真实、准确、完整的信息，并妥善保管登录凭证。因用户自身保管不当导致的损失由用户自行承担。Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Losses resulting from improper credential management shall be borne by the user.
用户不得利用平台从事违法、侵权、破坏系统安全或影响平台正常运营的行为。平台有权对违规行为采取限制、冻结或终止服务等措施。Users shall not engage in illegal activities, infringement, security breaches, or actions that disrupt platform operations. The platform reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate services for violations.
平台可因系统维护、政策要求或不可抗力等原因对服务进行调整、中断或终止，并将通过适当方式通知用户。The platform may modify, suspend, or terminate services due to maintenance, regulatory requirements, or force majeure, and will notify users through appropriate channels.
平台上的内容、技术、界面设计及相关资料均受知识产权法律保护，未经授权不得复制、传播或用于商业用途。All content, technology, interface design, and related materials on the platform are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without authorization.
